Returns and Exchanges
bella bliss will gladly accept exchanges or returns for merchandise that meet the following conditions:
- Only items purchased at www.bellabliss.com or ordered via phone with our customer service representatives are eligible for a return or an exchange.
- Merchandise must be exchanged/returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE. Orders exchanged/returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. bella bliss reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
- When shipping merchandise for an exchange or return, bella bliss highly recommends using a courier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx which provides a tracking number for your shipment. bella bliss will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit to our facility and will only assume responsibility once it arrives. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please call us at 1-866-846-5295 ext 6 M-F, 10am - 5pm EST.
- All sale merchandise can only be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Other: If a credit for the merchandise needs to be issued, a credit for the value of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
